Initiatives

1. Annual Respectful Workplace Day

The NLYC hosts a respectful workplace day in June of each year. This day involves a meeting of all the respectful workplace committee. A BBQ and recreational activity for both staff and residents. This day is hosted by members of the respectful workplace committee.
