Responding to a ATIPP Access Request

The Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act gives individuals the right to access government records. The Act also sets out rules for how a government institution must respond to an ATIPP access request. Select the correct statement below regarding how a government institution must respond.
The individual is asking for a lot of records I don't think he should have, therefore I am not going to tell the ATIPP Coordinator that they even exist.
The law requires that a response be provided within 30 days, so I better send it to the ATIPP Coordinator immediately.
The access request is not urgent and can be set aside until I have time to look at it.

As long as the subject line of the record doesn't say "personal" or "confidential", the record can be disclosed.
If an access request form is properly completed and required fees are paid, then the government must disclose the full record being requested, including any personal information.
