Human Resources

This division identifies, researches, and analyzes HR strategic issues and coordinates the implementation of strategies designed to deal with such challenges as Employee Relations, Occupational Health and Safety, Employee Wellness, Learning and Development, Workforce Planning and Respectful Workplace Program. The division provides essential expertise to a department which has a large human resource pool spanning the highly diverse functions of enforcement, public safety and security, litigation, rehabilitation, counseling and judicial review.
